How Research Agents Work
Agents run daily, performing web searches based on your specified keyword and search types.
They analyze the top 5 results for each search.
New ranking pages are automatically added to your Knowledge Base.
Use Case: Tracking Competitor Content
You can use Research Agents to monitor specific websites. For example, to track HubSpot's SEO content:
Set the topic keyword as:
site:hubspot.com "content marketing"
Select only the "Web" search type if you don't need news results.
Monitoring Agent Activity
Click on an agent to view its activity log and performance chart.
The log shows recent actions taken by the agent.
The chart visualizes how often the agent adds new documents over time.
Managing Research Agents
Pause or unpause agents as needed.
Adjust agent configurations at any time to refine your research focus.
