Understanding EEAT Analysis

EEAT stands for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness, four key criteria that help determine the quality and credibility of online content. Many content creators and SEO professionals struggle to gauge how well their pages compare to competitors on these fronts. The Analyze EEAT app simplifies this process, offering an objective review of content across multiple sources to pinpoint areas needing improvement.

Building the "Analyze EEAT" App

This tool is designed with a multi-step process that starts by collecting content from your page and three competitor pages. Each page is scraped in full-text format, ensuring that every detail is captured for analysis.

Step 1: Scraping Content

Four separate scraping functions are used to collect full-text data from your page along with the three competitor URLs. This ensures that the entire content of each page is examined to provide a comprehensive view of the existing information.

Step 2: Topic Extraction

A Chat Model is then called to generate a numbered list of talking points extracted from all the texts. This step breaks down the numerous themes discussed across the pages, ensuring nothing is overlooked. The prompt is carefully worded to capture every topic, making sure all key talking points are identified.

Step 3: Topic Coverage Analysis

Another Chat Model is used to produce a JSON table that flags which topics are covered by each text. The table uses a simple check or cross symbol to indicate whether a topic is discussed in your page (YP) and the competitor pages (C1, C2, C3). This clear overview allows for a direct comparison across multiple sources.

Step 4: Detailed EEAT Evaluation

The final step involves a deep dive into the EEAT criteria. A Chat Model critically scores each text on aspects such as originality, comprehensiveness, insightful analysis, production quality, and more. The score, ranging from 0 to 10, provides a detailed benchmark on how well each page meets specific EEAT requirements. Lastly, a comprehensive report is generated with actionable recommendations for improving your page. These recommendations are specific, citing examples from competitor pages to offer a clear path to enhance your content.
